The rules are simple:

1. Fill out your name and email address below (maximum entries - once per day)
2. Complete our "Request for Catalog Form" at least once to insure that we have your mailing address when you win.
3. Every Friday we will select the winner by random drawing.
4. You can win more than once - if you do, we will choose an alternate prize for you.
