Our standard shipping is UPS Standard Delivery (3-5 days to you). If you request special handling on the order, we can provide Overnight or 2nd day. Please indicate special shipping instructions on your order. Actual UPS charges plus $5.00 handling will be automatically be added to your VISA Discover or Master Card charges. Items shipped out of carton are charged an additional $10.00.

Back Orders

If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped according to your instructions, you will be advised by email or by telephone. If standard orders (those without special shipping instructions) cannot be filled within (10) days, you will be contacted for further instructions. If "partial shipments" are not acceptable, please indicate so on your order.

Oversized and overweight orders

There are a very few items that do not fit within the "standard shipping" guidelines. If you are ordering any of the following items, you will be contacted to approve shipping costs prior to shipment:

Axle Components	Bumpers

Returns

Parts, with the exception of electrical, may be returned within 30 days for credit subject to a 15% restocking fee and inspection. Any sign of abuse or tampering will nullify the right to return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All used parts are sold "as is".
